10 Heather Grove & 18 Collison Road, Cranbourne East, Melbourne are two large land parcel located in the heart of Collison Estate with total size of 200,000 sqf acquired by CRE8 and  partners in 2014. A major land development project is looking to rezone, subdivide and build 64 attached townhouse in fast growing neighborhood in South East Melbourne. In 2016, local authority City of Casey announced Amendment C220 to the Casey Planning Scheme proposes to rezone the land in Collison Estate, Cranbourne East from Urban Growth Zone to General Residential Zone Schedule 1 and apply a Development Plan Overlay to the land.
